How do you upgrade an office building? This was the big question related to The Light House in Nanterre, France, when the project team was entrusted with the mission of completely refurbishing and repositioning the venue to go back on the market to attract either one or several tenants. The goal was to revitalise the 10,600-square-metre building, offer new services and create excitement. Therefore, the team reconfigured the Light House into a strong and distinctive new personality.

The office spaces materialise the essential formula for contemporary office buildings, since they’re turned into versatile, comfortable workspaces that can be defined either with partitions or as open areas. The materials are modern, practical and suitable for high-traffic rooms. And true to the conceptual vision, the carpeted floors are soft, quiet, creatively designed and easy to fall in love with.
