Lincoln International

The global investment bank Lincoln International, now located in a mansion in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, wished for a larger workplace, where synergy and growth potential would meet. The 20th floor of Tower Ten turned out to be the ideal combination of space, view and appearance.

The question posed to the design team was how to combine openness and togetherness with focused and intensive work since the large open floor offers plenty of space but requires smart acoustic measures. By positioning several flex rooms in such a way that they divide the floor into smaller zones and equipping the workplaces with acoustic parasols and sound-absorbing carpet tiles, this issue was transformed from a challenge to visually pleasing eye-catchers in organic shapes and comfortably warm and light materials.
